I am a perfectionist. That can be really hard and it feels like you’re never good enough.
Like everyone else, I just want to be happy. And I have learned how.
We try so hard to be happy that we forget to just be. Trying too hard will only make you feel worse. Once you realize that you can’t be strong and/or perfect all the time, you can let go of all that stress. Forgive yourself when you are not at peace.
But what then? What if you feel empty inside? And you don't know what to do or how to go on? STEP OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE
Always wanted to do something but you were too scared or too insecure? Do it anyway! It will give you great energy and confidence!
FOLLOW YOUR HEART
Be who you are and do what you love. And don't let people's opinions bring you down.
Be silly, have fun! Do more of what makes you happy!
LOVE YOURSELF Forgiving yourself, accepting yourself and creating good things for yourself, will lead to loving yourself. And loving yourself will lead to all sorts of wonderful experiences! And you are so worth it!
