I am a perfectionist. That can be really hard and it feels like you’re never good enough.
Like everyone else, I just want to be happy. And I have learned how. LETTING GO
Once you realize that you can’t be strong and/or perfect all the time, you can let go of all that stress.
You don't have to be perfect to be worth it, because nobody is perfect.
But what if that makes you feel empty inside? And you don't know what to do or how to go on? The most important thing I have learned besides letting go, is stepping out of your comfort zone. Scary? You feel too tired or too insecure? DO IT ANYWAY It's incredibly useful and absolutely rewarding. Prove to yourself you can. Believe you can. Start doing things that scare you and life becomes fulfilling. I promise. BE WHO YOU ARE AND DO WHAT YOU LOVE
Another thing that will make you happy is following your heart and not letting people's opinions bring you down. Again, that can be scary but when you do that anyway, you WILL start to love yourself. The confidence WILL come.
That's also a promise.
The last thing which is really important is
THE LAW OF ATTRACTION
Whatever you think, you become. It's that simple. Positive thoughts generate positive feelings and attract positive life experiences.
